Inflexion-Point Strategy Partners Ltd (“Company”) maintains the website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Inflexion-Point Strategy Partners Ltd.

  1. Use of Site

Company provides various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, editable sales tools, and news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials” and "Sales Tools"). Company authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded, and Sales Tools edited for internal use. We retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share, or distribute them outside of their core purpose. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site and may result in legal action to be taken against you.

As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other sales training company that specializes in the teaching, coaching and implementation of sales tools, sales frameworks and any related sales training courses and programmes

Your use of the Site and Materials are solely for the purpose of increasing your understanding of the topic of Outcome-Centric Selling® and the other sales topics presented.

  1. Intellectual Property

3.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses and the speeches made by trainers at the Taught Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of Company or its licensors, whether adapted, written for or customised for the Client or not.

3.2. You are not authorised to:-

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given

(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;

(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Inflexion-Point Strategy Partners Ltd on the Course Materials;

(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.

Breach by you of this clause 3.2 shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses without recourse to any refund of Fees and may result in legal action.

3.3. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and / or attending the Taught Course.

Outcome-Centric Selling® and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Inflexion-Point Strategy Partners Ltd and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Inflexion-Point Strategy Partners Ltd has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you sign up to a programme on a monthly subscription (as opposed to a fixed-period or indefinite) basis, your credit card will be automatically charged every 30 days from the time of purchase until you cancel. If you cancel services, you will have access to your content for the remaining days on your subscription.
