What sets us apart?
You have choices. There are thousands of sales trainers and consultants and a similarly wide choice of marketing consultants. So why should you consider using Inflexion-Point? What sets us apart?
Well, the chemistry has obviously got be right, but you won't be sure of that until we get to know each other better (and, by the way, we'll be assessing whether there's a "fit" just as hard as you will).
Here are a few of the things you might want to consider when deciding whether to reach out to us:
We're practitioners at heart, not consultants
Consultants have a bad (and often deserved) reputation for giving you advice and leaving you to get on with it. Not us. We're interested in achieving outcomes, so we have no problem rolling our sleeves up. We've all carried quota and P&L responsibility for longer than we care to remember. And as a matter of principle, we don't and won't employ any of those fancy-dan MBAs.
We take an integrated approach to sales and marketing
If we were consultants, we would probably have said "holistic". But it's not a word we're inclined to use. What we are inclined to do - in fact we insist on it - is to look at accelerating your revenue performance by paying full and proper attention to both marketing and sales, and helping you improve both.
We're exclusively focused on complex B2B sales
We have an exclusive focus on complex B2B sales environments with high deal values and lengthy and often tortuous buying decision processes - because it's a relatively rare skill set, and that's where we know we can add the greatest value. Please don't ask us to touch any nasty simple B2C stuff.
We believe in flexible frameworks not rigid processes
We believe in replicating winning habits, but not in enforcing rigid processes that leave no scope for creativity or innovation. In a complex sales environment, you've got to create flexible frameworks for smart sales people. But that still leaves bundles of scope for best practices and winning habits.
We only want to engage with smart people who are fun to work with
Umm - we really hope that's you. If not, would you mind awfully looking elsewhere? Oh, and we're really bad (and unspeakably impatient) when it comes to working with big, bureaucratic organisations that struggle to get their shit together. We want to make great things happen. We hope you do, too.
Assuming we haven't put you off, we'd really like to start a conversation. You can contact us here or call Bob directly on +44 7802 313300. If you feel you could be an ideal prospect for us, what are you waiting for?
