Our Simple Guarantee to You

We’re confident in our methodologies, and we won’t take on board projects if we don’t believe they are going to be successful. But just in case you have any concerns about committing to one of our performance improvement programmes, we offer this straightforward guarantee:

At the start of every phase of our engagement with you, we will mutually agree clear deliverables and performance standards. We will monitor our progress with you at regular intervals, and take prompt corrective action should it be necessary.

If, at the end of that phase of the engagement, we have failed to complete the defined deliverables or to achieve the agreed performance standards, we will continue to work on the project at our expense until you are satisfied with the results.

In return, we ask two simple things: that you also hold to your side of the agreement regarding any required inputs or dependencies from your organisation, and that you commit to pay our invoices within the negotiated payment period.
